For custom development and service-based projects:

• Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable
• Deposits and initial payments may be non-refundable once work has commenced
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable

For subscription-based services (where applicable):

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless required by law
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

15. Severability
